Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your booking and use of chauffeur, airport transfer, tour and event transport services provided by Setrips ("we", "us", "our"). By placing a booking with Setrips you agree to be bound by these Terms.

A booking is confirmed only once we have issued a written confirmation quoting a booking reference. Verbal enquiries or online form submissions are not binding until acknowledged. Prices quoted are fixed and inclusive of chauffeur, fuel, insurance and applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Bookings are payable in full at the time of confirmation by credit/debit card, or by prior arrangement on approved account terms. Account customers must settle invoices within 14 days of issue. Failed or reversed payments will result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup: full refund.
• Cancellations made between 24 and 4 hours before pickup: 50% charge.
• Cancellations made within 4 hours or no-show: 100% charge.
• Wedding, tour and multi-day bookings may carry longer cancellation windows detailed on your quote.

Airport transfers include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time after landing. All other pickups include 15 minutes complimentary. Additional waiting time is charged at the vehicle's hourly rate.

Smoking, illegal substances and consumption of food inside our vehicles are strictly prohibited. Setrips reserves the right to end a journey without refund if the safety of chauffeur, passengers or vehicle is compromised. Cleaning fees may apply where a passenger causes soiling or damage.

Setrips carries full commercial insurance. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected booking, save for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. We accept no liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays outside our reasonable control (severe weather, road closures, force majeure).

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
