• Booking details — name, email, phone, pickup/drop-off, flight details, passenger notes.
• Payment data — processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider; we do not store full card details.
• Device data — IP address, browser type, referring pages, collected via cookies (see Cookies Policy).
• Correspondence — emails, chat transcripts and call notes with our concierge desk.

We use your personal data to fulfil your booking, process payments, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and — with your consent — send occasional service updates and promotions. We rely on the following legal bases: contract, legitimate interest, legal obligation and consent.

We share personal data only with sub-contracted chauffeurs and vehicle operators strictly to deliver your booking, with payment processors, with regulators or law enforcement where legally required, and with professional advisers under confidentiality. We never sell personal data.

Booking records are retained for 7 years to meet UK accounting requirements. Marketing consent is retained until you unsubscribe. Website analytics data is aggregated after 26 months.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Contact privacy@setrips.com to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, restrict internal access on a need-to-know basis, and audit our sub-processors. In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the ICO in line with UK GDPR.
